We had a lovely weekend stay at Jay and Ausy’s studio. The neighborhood is quiet and historic with tons of sidewalks for walking. It took us a short 15 minutes to walk to the water to watch the sunrise.
The studio was clean and equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway. Thanks to the hosts!

Stayed here 3 nights a week for four consecutive weeks and each visit was perfect...great place to work, relax, and get out for walks along the water. Jay and Ausy were great on all levels.

Great house in a nice neighborhood, close to all the places in St Pete we were going. House was beautiful, clean and included many small things like coffee, spices, laundry soap, etc which were really thoughtful. We would definitely stay again!

We had friends come in for a couple days to fish and enjoy St Pete. House was great. Jay and Ausy were great hosts. Definitely looking for forward to coming back!

We were in St. Pete for a swim meet with our three kids and this place was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone, super clean, very close to the North Shore Aquatic Complex. If we go back to this meet next year we plan to stay here again!

Everything at Jay & Ausy’s house was perfect! This was a special trip for my family and their space made our visit perfect. They were also extremely responsive and proactively reached out several times. I couldn’t have asked for a better host.

I can't say enough about how nice and comfortable the house was. Jay and Ausy were very helpful and patient with our questions. Everything was clean and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend other people stay here and we would love to come back.

Nice central place for larger groups to stay and enjoy the area. A quick, few-minute drive from downtown and right on the central loop. Laundry and appliances are in good condition.
