If home is sold during your reservation, your reservation may be subject to cancellation, but a refund will be issued for any remaining days. - Windows are painted shut. Do NOT attempt to force them open - Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a respectful level - Please only park in the red, brick driveway. - Do not utilize the fireplaces for open flames; do not attempt to light the faux candles - Do not tamper with/disconnect the wifi or security camera - Do not move the furniture - No tobacco smoking anywhere on the property - The thermostat cannot be lowered below 65F - No additional guests outside of those on the original reservation If you do not meet certain booking requirements (age, verified IDs, good reviews, etc.) we may ask you to provide some form of ID and/or a deposit. You will be subject to fines or removal from the property if in violation of our house rules. We may ask you to sign an separate rules/disclaimer agreement prior to confirming your booking.

Great house in a nice neighborhood, close to all the places in St Pete we were going. House was beautiful, clean and included many small things like coffee, spices, laundry soap, etc which were really thoughtful. We would definitely stay again!

We had friends come in for a couple days to fish and enjoy St Pete. House was great. Jay and Ausy were great hosts. Definitely looking for forward to coming back!

We were in St. Pete for a swim meet with our three kids and this place was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone, super clean, very close to the North Shore Aquatic Complex. If we go back to this meet next year we plan to stay here again!

Everything at Jay & Ausy’s house was perfect! This was a special trip for my family and their space made our visit perfect. They were also extremely responsive and proactively reached out several times. I couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Nice central place for larger groups to stay and enjoy the area. A quick, few-minute drive from downtown and right on the central loop. Laundry and appliances are in good condition.

-Taxis, Uber or Lyft available throughout St. Pete -Take a short walk to the bus stop at 4th St N and 22nd Ave N. This bus route is a ~5 minute ride straight to the bus stop in the heart of downtown, at 4th St S and Central Ave! From this stop, you can walk ~2 minutes to the SunRunner which offers an express ride from downtown directly to St. Pete Beach! It is about a ~30 minute ride from the bus stop at 1st Ave N and 3rd Ave S to the #1 beach in the US! -Buses include PSTA, Central Avenue Trolley, Downtown Looper, and many more! -Rent a bike or scooter to get around town with ease!
